Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled and your number will be stored so i will not accept bookings from you in the future.

If you would like to arrange a same-day appointment please try and call me. I am usually at home if im not busy shopping or at the Sushi Bar with my friends.

Be polite and nice on the phone when you call to arrange an appointment otherwise if my receptionist feels that you are being rude, not genuine and is wasting her time, she will hang up and not take the appointment for you as well as your contact number will be stored.

Your number and any contact details automatically get destroyed once the appointment is over - we don't store any of your details on our system. UNLESS you are purposely wasting my time, you did not turn up for the appointment, or you turn violent and aggressive in our meeting.   

FOR OUTCALL APPOINTMENTS:

If you are looking for a home visit and i have never seen you before then a valid landline telephone number is required!! Without this my receptionist will not accept the booking. But if we have met before, ie you have been to my place, then of course i will not need your home phone.

PLEASE NOTE::              

My receptionist has been complaining to me lately that there are so many callers calling from a witheld/private number. This proves that you are not genuine (unless you are calling from a hotel) so she will ask for your number and call you back immediately.

I find it very rude when callers just call for details (which is already stated on the site) on a private number and then hang up !! Im sure you wouldn't like it being done to you so please respect others.
